Tether (USDT) to DAI: rate by network
Compare the USDT to DAI rate for each network you can send USDT from: rate, minimum, network fee and speed.
Rate as of Sep 17, 2026 08:18
The best rate right now is on Avalanche C-Chain: 1 USDT = 1.0024 DAI. The calculator uses this network.
From which network to send USDT
| Network | Rate | From | Network fee | Speed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Avalanche C-Chain best rate | 1 USDT AVAX C = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT AVAX C | ≈ < $0.0001 | fast |
| NEAR | 1 USDT NEAR = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT NEAR | — | — |
| Optimism | 1 USDT Optimism = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT Optimism | ≈ $0.00016 | fast |
| OMNI | 1 USDT OMNI = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT OMNI | — | — |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | 1 USDT ERC20 = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT ERC20 | ≈ $0.0077 | medium |
| TRON (TRC20) | 1 USDT TRC20 = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT TRC20 | ≈ $2.3 | fast |
| Solana | 1 USDT SOL = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT SOL | ≈ $0.0005 | fast |
| Polygon | 1 USDT Polygon = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT Polygon | ≈ $0.0018 | fast |
| Arbitrum One | 1 USDT Arbitrum = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT Arbitrum | ≈ $0.0032 | fast |
| TON | 1 USDT TON = 1.0024 DAI | 200 USDT TON | low | fast |
Fee and speed levels are comparative: both move with how busy the network is.
USDT networks: what is the difference
Tether is issued on several blockchains. It is the same USDT, but a transfer arrives only if the address and the network match.
Avalanche C-Chain
Avalanche C-Chain is the Ethereum-compatible chain of Avalanche; fees are paid in AVAX.
Optimism
Optimism is an Ethereum layer-2 network. Addresses use the Ethereum format and fees are paid in ETH at a fraction of mainnet cost.
Ethereum (ERC20)
ERC20 is the token standard on Ethereum. It is supported by almost every wallet and exchange, but the fee (gas) is paid in ETH and grows when the network is busy.
TRON (TRC20)
TRC20 is the token standard on the TRON network. Transfers are fast, and the fee is paid in TRX or with staked energy — it is usually lower than on Ethereum, which makes TRC20 the most popular network for USDT.
Solana
Tokens on Solana follow the SPL standard. Transfers confirm in seconds with fees of a fraction of a cent paid in SOL; receiving a new token for the first time requires a small SOL deposit.
Polygon
Polygon PoS is an Ethereum-compatible network with addresses in the same 0x format. Fees are paid in POL and usually cost a fraction of a cent.
Arbitrum One
Arbitrum One is an Ethereum layer-2 network. Addresses use the Ethereum format, fees are paid in ETH and are much lower than on the Ethereum mainnet.
TON
Tokens on TON follow the Jetton standard. Transfers are fast and cheap, the fee is paid in the network's native coin, and exchanges often require a comment (memo) with deposits.
