What it costs to send USDC in each network
What a network charges for one USDC transfer, taken from the blockchains themselves. It does not follow the amount: 10 and 10,000 cost the same.
Fees refreshed Sep 17, 2026 18:33
Cheapest right now is Avalanche C-Chain — ≈ < $0.0001 per transfer; priciest is Ethereum (ERC20) — ≈ $0.082.

Solana: no USDC token account on the receiving side means the sender pays about 0.00204 SOL ($0.21) to open one.
Arbitrum and Optimism: the price includes writing the transaction data into Ethereum.
The figures cover a plain wallet-to-wallet USDC transfer; an exchange or a wallet may add its own cut. Data as of Sep 17, 2026 18:33.
Who pays this fee
The sender always pays, and always in the coin of the network (AVAX, ETH, SOL, POL and BNB), never in USDC. Sending to us — the fee leaves your wallet, so keep a little of the network coin there. Receiving from us — we make the transfer, and the payout amount is visible in the form before the order is created.
What the figure is made of
AVAX C, Optimism, Polygon, BEP20, Arbitrum and ERC20: the current gas price × roughly 65,000 units — what a token transfer usually eats.
Arbitrum and Optimism run on top of Ethereum: publishing the data into Ethereum is added to the gas price, and we take it from the networks' own contracts.
Solana: the base 5,000 lamports plus the usual priority top-up from recent blocks.
Sources are the networks' public nodes (PublicNode, TronGrid, Solana RPC), dollars at CoinGecko prices. Polled every 10 minutes; if a network stays silent we show the previous value and drop anything older than a day.
How to pay less
- Take the cheaper network when both wallets speak it: the gap between networks runs into hundreds of times.
- Keep a little of the network coin in the wallet (AVAX, ETH, SOL, POL and BNB) — without it USDC simply will not leave.
- Send less often and in bigger chunks: the network charges the same for 10 and for 10,000 USDC.
- Check the network of the receiving address — a transfer into the wrong one usually means losing the money.
